Refurbishment of an existing house S’Hort del Capellà Verona.
A house with two floors, with diferent farm stays, units with a constructed area of 370m2. Open spaces in the living area, thanks to an existing arch, make up a cozy and familiar space. Rooms with en-suite bathrooms with traditional architectural details, make the whole complex respectful with its humble origin of the parish priest Verona.

Ca'n Prunera

Refurbishment and extension of the Ca’n Prunera building, a modernist building in Sóller from 1911, to transform it in a museum. The building is classified as an Asset of Cultural Interest (BIC) by the Consell de Mallorca.
The refurbishment has obtained different awards such as the Premi d’Accesibilitat 2009 from the Consell, an award from ARCA and the Medalla d’Or from the Fundació Amics del Patrimoni.

Refurbishment of a detached house between party walls. It is an intervention with reorganization of the spaces and holes in the façade, keeping the original character of the building.
The structure of the house is brought to light, with sandstone walls and wooden beams that offer a nod to the past.

Construction of a villa in the town of Santanyi with a differentiated conception of uses. At the request of the property, the house is structured in two volumes with different uses, using a pergola as a connecting link. The integration into the landscape is achieved through the use of local materials and a clear design inspired by the traditional construction of the area.
